Initiating contact with Rigel employees for the purposes of presenting candidates for possible employment (current or future) at Rigel is prohibited.
Employment is managed through Rigel’s Human Resources Department (HRD). Rigel requires a signed agreement in place prior to any candidate submission. A valid search initiated with a staffing agency/third-party recruiter is only done through Rigel’s HRD. If an agency/third-party recruiter submits a candidate to any Rigel employee, or to Rigel’s HRD, with no agreement in place, and/or an approved staffing agency/third-party recruiter does not follow the process established by Rigel’s HRD, then the candidate submitted is considered ‘unsolicited’ and treated as if the candidate submitted a resume directly to Rigel and no fee will be paid.
