Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: RIGL) today announced that James M. Gower, Rigel's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present at the 2003 Credit Suisse First Boston Healthcare Conference at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time, November 13, 2003 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona.
