Rigel Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., May 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: RIGL), today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.  All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Rigel.
